We know there are a million SaaS newsletters. Most are fluff.
This one isn’t.

If you’re a B2B founder building from $0 to $100M ARR and want a clear path to escape velocity, this is for you.

We bring order to the chaos of early-stage growth with our RVNU Operating System using a proprietary 16-stage framework developed by RVNU Founder Wayne Morris. Every post breaks down complex go-to-market challenges into first-principles thinking you can actually use — whether you’re pre-revenue, chasing product-market fit, or scaling your sales team.

🧠 About RVNU

RVNU helps early-stage SaaS founders build a repeatable, scalable revenue engine — and avoid the chaos that kills most startups.

We’ve distilled 25+ years of startup GTM experience into:

  • A free async audit called the $20M Roadmap

  • Frameworks and courses for every growth stage

  • Tactical advisory and hands-on execution support

  • Certification programs for elite GTM consultants

Our proprietary RVNU Operating System is anchored in our 16-stage growth framework, and we use the term GTM Debtâ„¢ to describe the hidden risks that stall scale.

Our goal is simple: help great founders win — faster, cheaper, and with less chaos.

👥 Meet the Founders

Wayne Morris – Founder & CEO

Wayne has led revenue growth across startups in the US, Europe, and Asia from $0 to $20M+ in ARR, dating back to 2009.

He’s been selling disruptive SaaS since 1998 and helped grow companies that were acquired by some of the world's leading tech firms:

  • Hitwise (acquired by Experian for ~$240M)

  • Kelkoo (acquired by Yahoo for ~$580M)

  • Maxymiser (acquired by Oracle for ~$160M)

  • Criteo (NASDAQ: CRTO, IPO at $1.7B)

He’s also an angel investor and strategic advisor to startups including Brightwheel, Civic, Contractor Commerce, Mentava, Portainer, Upciti, and Upfront.

Laura Wheeler – Co-founder & COO

Laura builds the operational engines that power GTM scale.
She led RevOps at Tableau through IPO (NYSE: DATA, acquired by Salesforce for $15.7B) and built revenue operations from scratch at Spekit, a venture-backed SaaS startup.

At RVNU, Laura leads product development, advisor certification, and our consulting delivery model — ensuring everything we ship actually works in the wild. She’s worked with scale-ups like Tailscale, Portainer, and Upciti to drive GTM execution and operational rigor.
